The Field Director's Forum is a gathering site for College and Schools of Education Field Directors across Ohio. These key individuals ensure the field student teaching experiences of future educators are the best they can be. They help team students with the right school, cultivate and maintain relationships with schools that host student teachers, and ensure the experience is beneficial to the student, teaching student, and host school. The FDF meets twice a year at the OCTEO Spring and Fall Conferences to recharge, renew, and recharge their commitment to education and future educators. The 2007 - 2008 President and Vice President are Sally Barnhart and Brian Yontz.
